Leather and Hide Council of America Elects Harland M. Braun's Chad Robertson as Co-chair at Annual Meeting
Washington, DC, October 5, 2022 – The Leather and Hide Council of America (L&HCA) Board of Directors elected Chad Robertson, Vice President of Harland M. Braun & Co., as Co-chair of the association. The Board met as part of L&HCA's Annual Meeting, September 29-30, in Chicago, Illinois.
Chad Robertson shared, "I thank the board for its confidence. L&HCA provides critical support for the leather trade and the insights and support services necessary for the industry's success. Leather is truly the material of the future."
Robertson will succeed outgoing Co-chair Jay Jensen, of Southwest Hide Company, and will serve alongside Co-chair Kerry Brozyna, of Wolverine Worldwide.
Outgoing Co-chair Jay Jensen said, "L&HCA is a powerful voice for the sector and it is an honor to have served as Co-chair over these last years. The organization is in good hands under the leadership of Kerry Brozyna and Chad Robertson. L&HCA will continue to be at the forefront of the industry’s efforts, providing the industry and stakeholders with education and technical information to compete in today’s global marketplace."
The Board also elected Alexa Ryan, of Elliott Hide Company, and Bradley Grove, of Twin City Hide Company, to the Executive Committee and Janio Rocha of National Beef to the Board.
